Anchor Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support bidding procurement and administrative functions within our Marketing & Business Development team. This role assists with bid documentation submissions subcontractor outreach compliance tracking and general office support.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate bid documents submissions and proposal materials Support SOQs RFPs RFIs and subcontractor outreach (MBE/WBE) Track compliance documents insurance bonding and certifications Maintain electronic project files and procurement records Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications 34 years of administrative or procurement support experience Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
