Operations Manager

GSF Properties Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Bakersfield CA. This role is responsible for overseeing capital projects and day-to-day operational functions while partnering closely with the Community Manager to ensure efficient high-quality property operations.
The pay range for this position is $25.00$28.00 per hour based on experience. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage capital and operational projects from planning through completion
- Review bids coordinate vendors and oversee project timelines and performance
- Supervise maintenance and grounds teams including scheduling and work quality
- Coordinate repairs preventive maintenance and property improvements
- Monitor budgets control costs and approve purchases
- Order materials and services to support property operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards company policies and regulations
- Address operational issues promptly and effectively
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and Supervisor

Job Requirements Operations Manager
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in property management
- Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously including off-site or external projects
- Strong customer service skills with a professional solution-oriented approach
- Quick learner with strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective note-taking abilities
- Ability to supervise motivate and manage a team while fostering a positive work environment
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with the Community Manager to achieve operational goals
