Job Summary
Overview
The Incoming Inspector at Cook Incorporated inspects all products purchased from outside vendors on a specified percentage base.
As an Incoming Inspector you will play an intregal role in helping patients around the world get the medical devices they require! Your work will have a meaningful impact and allow you to help others in need.

$18.40/hour ($16 base pay plus 15% shift differential)

Responsibilities
Inspect all products purchased from outside vendors
Identify components with catalog description
Read comprehend and follow product and packaging specifications and manufacturing instructions
Complete quality work at accepted department/production determined rates
Performs work in compliance with Cook Quality Policy Manual
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
Must have effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 18 years of age
Physical Requirements:
Moderate exposure to noise level in the work environment that is moderate to occasionally loud
Occasionally lifts and/or moves more up to 50 pounds
Frequent repetitive motion
Frequently required to stand walk use hands to grasp carry feel or touch; reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel crouch; communicate
Proper attire/clothing and personal protective equipment/clothing as required within Controlled Production Areas
