Advanced Analytics Team Lead

The Senior Intelligence Team Leadis responsible forthe day-to-day management of the contract including staffing financial oversight and technical and programmatic reporting. This role oversees both employees and subcontractors and requiresproficiencyin managing LOE completion and costreimbursable contract types. The Team Lead provides technical and administrative direction ensureshigh-qualityperformance and mentors team members.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the COTR and senior customer stakeholders tomaintaintechnical cost and schedule baselines develop deliverables define requirements and set expectations.

Additionalresponsibilitiesmayinclude:

• Ensuring successful technical schedule and cost performance in accordance with contract requirements and company policies
• Developing staffing plans including skill mix and labor allocation
• Recruiting interviewing and hiring personnel as needed
• Assigning work providing technical guidance and reviewing deliverables
• Monitoring contracts sub-contracts and funding; preparing financial forecasts
• Preparing required reports at contract project and financial levels
• Coordinating onboarding activities including security processing and administrative setup

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph;

• with a minimum of16 years of experiencein all-source intelligence analysis with at least3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity

• 10 yearsofdemonstratedexperience supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs including direct experience managing or overseeing intelligence analysis contracts and production requirements

• Expert-level familiarity withICD 203/206(Analytic Standards) including sourcing uncertainty and analytic tradecraft standards;demonstratedability to enforce and evaluate compliance across subordinate analyst products

• Demonstrated experience integratingArtificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)tools and methodologies into all-source intelligence analysis workflows including operationalizing AI-assisted collection triage pattern-of-life analysis and anomaly detection

• Hands-on experience withLarge Language Model (LLM)platforms (e.g. GPT-based tools classified AI environments) applied to intelligence summarization entity extraction document exploitation and automated reporting pipelines

• Proficiencyindata management data conditioning and structured analytic techniques (SATs) including experience preparing and curating datasets for ingestion into AI/ML analytic environments

• Demonstrated ability tolead and supervise teams of intelligence analysts including assigning workloads reviewing finished intelligence products for analytic rigor and providing mentorship and performance evaluations

• Working knowledge ofdefense andproduction productlines andstandards and customer requirements across the Combatant Command (CCMD) and National Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise

• Expert knowledge ofcustomer processes programs and policiesacross the Defense Intelligence Enterprise including familiarity with OUSD(I&S) CCMD J2 requirements and IC analytic community standards

• Proven ability tocommunicate complex AI/ML-enabled analytic findingsto senior and executive-level government officials through clear logical and concise written products and oral briefings

• Ability to research andevaluate emerging AI/ML technologiesfor integration into intelligence workflows including participation in pilot programs capability assessments and analytic modernization initiatives

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (Intelligence Studies Data Science Computer Science Political Science or equivalent)
