We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader to join our foundation team at our Riverstone location.

This is a hands-on on-the-floor leadership role where you will work closely with educators each dayleading by example mentoring staff and driving best practice in early childhood education.

• Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring collaboration and support
• Model and guide best-practice early childhood education in daily routines and program implementation
• Develop and deliver engaging holistic learning programs that support each childs growth curiosity and development
• Foster a positive inclusive and professional team culture focused on high-quality care and education
• Build strong relationships with families and the community
• Ensure health safety and wellbeing standards are consistently upheld

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Minimum 6 months experience in an Educational Leader or leadership capacity
• Strong ability to lead mentor and inspire educators
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Child Protection training/certificate
• Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills
