About the Service & Location
Youll be based in Taree working within a dedicated multidisciplinary team providing clinical services across the HNE Drug and Alcohol Clinical Services.

About the Role
As an Administration Officer Level 4 youll provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Health Service Manager and broader team.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries meetings and travel arrangements
  • Coordinating payroll leave and timesheet processing
  • Preparing reports correspondence and meeting documentation
  • Organising meetings agendas and minutes
  • Handling incoming enquiries via phone email and face-to-face interactions
  • Acting as a key administrative contact for Health Service Manager LMNC and District Senior Nurse Manager position
    This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same.

  • Proven administrative experience supporting a team or manager
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
  • Compassionate patient and understanding approach
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy complex environment
  • Commitment to following procedures protocols and confidentiality requirements
  • Confidence using a range of systems and software
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Assist with recruitment
  • Ordering Invoices Payments and the responsibility to Harm Min/ Fleet
  • Support MERIT the data base entries
