We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in the heart of Mayfair. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven culinary professional to play a key leadership role in a luxury hotel environment delivering exceptional food experiences while developing and inspiring a highperforming kitchen brigade.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary food and beverage or related professional area.

2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary food and beverage or related professional area.

Experience

Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred
