Its an exciting time to join Redmayne Bentley. After recently celebrating our 150th year in business we are entering the next stage of our firmwide strategy building on our strong heritage while continuing to evolve improve and invest in the future.
Our awardwinning Investment Management team is central to delivering this strategy. To support this we are creating a brandnew role within the team: Investment Operations Business Support.
The role spans a wide range of activity across the Investment Management Department supporting senior leaders through reporting coordination operational support and change activity that plays a key role in the departments continued success.
What You Will Do
- Gain broad exposure across the Investment Management function rather than being limited to a single task or process.
- Work closely with senior management supporting reporting coordination and decisionmaking.
- Be involved in a mix of businessasusual and project work providing variety and development from day one.
- Have space to learn suggest improvements and take ownership rather than simply following instructions.
- Develop strong commercial operational and stakeholder skills that support longterm career progression.

The ideal candidate would be:
- a confident graduate ideally in a business finance or numerate discipline;
or
someone early into their career (with at least a year of experience within financial services or investment management) looking to broaden their experience. - Organised and dependable comfortable managing a varied workload.
- Confident engaging with others and willing to put yourself forward.
- Proactive and solutionsfocused with a practical approach to learning and development.
- Detailfocused with pride in producing accurate highquality work.
- A collaborative team player who also works well independently.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel to maintain data and support routine reporting with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear professional communication skills and confidence engaging with colleagues at different levels.
- A proactive selfstarting approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Desirable
- Exposure to operational support reporting project or change activity.
- Familiarity with management information governance or committee reporting.
- Awareness of FCA conduct and regulatory expectations.
- Experience of tools or processes that improve reporting or efficiency.
