The LATAM Commercial Productivity & AI Specialist will drive the identification development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency productivity and decision-making across the cluster.

This role acts as a key enabler of business performance by leveraging AI and automation to simplify processes enhance commercial effectiveness and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Strategy & Opportunity Identification

• Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage AI across LATAM focusing on key areas such as:
  • Sales force effectiveness
  • Incentive optimization
  • Commercial analytics
  • Training and capability building
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact scalability and feasibility.

2. Development & Implementation of AI Solutions

• Lead the design development and deployment of AI-driven tools and solutions.
• Partner with global regional and local teams to ensure alignment with existing platforms and capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are practical scalable and integrated into day-to-day business processes.

3. Driving Business Efficiency & Productivity

• Implement AI solutions that reduce manual work simplify processes and increase productivity.
• Enable more effective decision-making through advanced analytics and automation.
• Monitor and track efficiency gains and business impact of implemented tools.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • Commercial teams
  • Business Excellence / SFE
  • IT / Digital / Data teams
  • Training
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical capabilities.

5. Adoption & Change Management

• Ensure effective adoption of AI tools across markets and teams.
• Support training and capability building to maximize tool utilization.
• Promote a culture of data-driven and AI-enabled decision-making.

6. Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish tracking mechanisms to measure impact (efficiency productivity financial contribution).
• Continuously refine and improve solutions based on feedback and performance.
• Ensure alignment with compliance data governance and company policies.

Profile & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Data Science or related field
• 4 years of Experience in Business Excellence Commercial Operations Analytics or Digital Transformation
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in business contexts
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on impact and execution
• Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a strong plus)
