We are seeking a driven client-centered Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of litigation experience to join our team in South Florida. Experience in family law is preferred but candidates with a strong civil litigation background will be seriously considered. This is an in-office position based in South Florida.

We love to help people learn and grow. We need an Associate Attorney with experience in family and/or civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.


This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload so you absolutely must be able to work in the office. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the principal point of contact between the firm and its clients building relationships grounded in trust and communication.
  • Meet with clients to understand their goals and develop a case strategy aligned with those objectives.
  • Keep clients consistently informed on the progress of their matters.
  • Drive cases to key milestones and resolution through strategic planning and diligent execution.
  • Appear on behalf of clients at depositions mediations hearings and trials.
  • Review approve and file court documents under your signature.
  • Mentor and support other team members contributing to a collaborative and high-performing firm culture.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years of litigation experience (family law preferred; civil litigation considered).
  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and legal research skills including Westlaw proficiency.
  • Confidence in the courtroom in client meetings and on the phone.
  • Genuine empathy for clients navigating difficult personal circumstances.
  • Consistent professionalism regardless of the day time or complexity of the situation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of work with minimal supervision.
