We are seeking an accomplished Applied AI Product Leader to spearhead the development and expansion of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions within GEICOs sales this distinguished senior position you will define the strategic vision for transformative AI initiatives across diverse product lines and multidisciplinary teams. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive pivotal organizational results shape executive-level decision-making and architect innovative solutions that will redefine the future landscape of GEICOs sales operations.
As a visionary strategic leader you will spearhead AI and machine learning initiatives designed to enhance customer experience and drive operational excellence. You will oversee the integration of advanced technologies including large language models computer vision and predictive analytics to tackle complex global delivery challenges. This pivotal role requires exceptional technical expertise keen business insight and strong problem-solving capabilities in a thriving innovative environment.
This position is a hybrid role 2-3 days per week in the office.
Hybrid locations include: Palo Alto CA and Chevy Chase MD
In this position you will be responsible for contributing to the development of GEICOs quoting and binding processes as well as impacting data infrastructure and governance. You will be working directly with senior leadership to define and execute strategies that will set new industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap to boost operational efficiency and improve customer experience ensuring alignment with GEICOs AI goals.
- Use cutting-edge AI technologies including language models to develop features customized for individual needs.
- Coordinate execution across engineering UX research and marketing teams for the development and launch of AI-powered features.
- Gather and document requirements from diverse stakeholders defining and maintaining scalable data infrastructure validating and remediating data streams and establishing robust governance practices to drive forward the AI strategy.
- Work closely with research teams to support a user-centered approach enhance user experience and set KPIs for measuring feature success.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders throughout GEICO and clearly communicate product vision strategy and updates to leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- 6 years of product management experience with 3 years focusing on AI/ML products
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change
- Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders (Marketing Operations Data etc.)
- Familiar with organizational maturity and related transformation
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building large-scale machine learning and AI solutions at Internet scale
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
- Masters degree in Computer Science AI or related field
Annual Salary
$146575.00 - $229600.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
