Compensation: Starting pay rate of $52000-$68000 / yr three performance bonuses a year!

About the Role

Huyett is growing its online business and investing in a better digital experience for customers. Were looking for someone who can help manage and improve our ecommerce systems.

In this role youll work with internal teams and our outside development partners to improve our ecommerce website and related systems. Your job will be to understand how the business works identify improvements and help ensure changes are delivered correctly.

Your work will help improve the customer experience site performance and online sales.

What Youll Do

• Work with Sales Marketing Customer Service and Technology teams to understand business needs.
• Help document how our ecommerce systems should work and what improvements are needed.
• Manage a list of website and system improvements and help prioritize what gets done next.
• Coordinate with our outside development partner to implement new features and fixes.
• Test website changes before they are released to make sure everything works properly.
• Help troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes when problems occur.
• Document system changes and help train team members on new features.
• Monitor key metrics such as website performance search results and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience on our website.

What Success Looks Like

• Website improvements are delivered on time and work correctly.
• The ecommerce backlog is organized and prioritized.
• Website performance and conversion rates improve over time.
• Internal teams understand changes and feel confident using the system.

What You Bring

• 2 years of experience working with ecommerce systems digital products or business systems.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical tasks.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.

Helpful (but not required)

• Familiarity with tools like Jira Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools is helpful.
• Experience with B2B ecommerce platforms such as Magento/Adobe Commerce BigCommerce or OroCommerce.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4).
• Basic knowledge of data tools or SQL.
• Experience with ERP product information systems (PIM) CRM or payment integrations.

Work Environment: This is an Office setting with friendly out-going team-oriented sales staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced customer focused sales environment.
