The Solution Architect Director provides strategic and technical leadership for endtoend system architecture supporting QuantumLeap initiatives across software intelligence controls and digital platforms. This role ensures scalable secure reliable and compliant architectures while partnering across engineering product cybersecurity and compliance teams to enable longterm platform success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and definition of enterpriselevel system architectures supporting Quantum Leap including reference system designs specifications and technical standards.
Drive architecture strategy for Quantum Leap software intelligence controls digital platforms and data center infrastructure management.
Translate solution and product strategies into scalable secure and interoperable technical architectures.
Define endtoend system structures including product selection data flows integration schemas and communication protocols.
Enable tight integration between infrastructure management systems and Quantum Leap intelligence controls and predictive service capabilities.
Review architectural designs validate system performance and resolve complex system integration and architectural issues.
Ensure system architectures deliver scalability reliability availability and interoperability across all components.
Select and govern technologies and platforms based on project requirements industry standards and longterm architecture strategy.
Ensure systems comply with applicable vertical industry standards (e.g. ASHRAE) and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation and diagrams to support audits certifications and compliance activities.
Design systems with robust cybersecurity protections to defend against industrial and enterprise threats.
Architect highavailability solutions incorporating redundancy failover and disaster recovery strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree
10 years of experience in systems engineering architecture or digital systems
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree
Data center industry experience
Proven experience defining and governing large-scale complex system architectures.
Strong understanding of system integration data architectures communication protocols and distributed systems.
Experience working within regulated or standards-driven industries.
Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles high-availability systems and disaster recovery design.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights for executive audiences.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $174500.00 - $348500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include but are not limited to skills education experience and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
Thisposition is entitled to both short and long-term incentives subject to plan requirements.Benefits
