Stabilization Social Worker; LSW (Foster Care)
Pay: $50000-$53000
Stabilization Social Workerswith National Youth Advocate Program work in the community as part of an integral service team. This position provides immediate support and intervention to individuals and families in crisis to ensure their safety and well-being;working closely with youth family foster parents and community partners providing advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
Provides appropriate individual and family mental health services intervention and other evidence basedclinical servicesas required.
Travels daily to provide community basedservices to and on behalf of youth andfamilies incompliance with organizational contract and regulatory requirements.
Coordinates and monitorsservices for youth.
Regularly completes reviews and modifies youth-basedplans.
Establishes andmaintains strongrelationship with foster parents andfamilies of origin.
Assists in youths stabilization efforts.
Provides safetyassessmentcrisis response and behavioral stabilization servicesas required.
Flexible availability for scheduledon-call rotation.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
A valid professional license LSW; required.
Experience working with youth and foster care required.
Must have flexible availability including evenings.
Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers smart phones and tablets printers fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing spreadsheet and database programs.
Driving and Vehicle Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100000/$300000 bodily injury liability
