Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Stores Manager for a pharmaceutical company to manage and oversee all store operations ensuring efficient inventory control and smooth coordination with production and other departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage material receipts issues and inter-location transfers.
- Maintain stock records reconciliation and conduct physical verification.
- Identify material shortages as per production plans and raise purchase requests.
- Verify job work / CCPC bills across locations.
- Handle costing for promotional inputs and release purchase requests.
- Check transportation bills and depot expense vouchers
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 10 years of experience in store management.
- Prior experience in the pharma industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Strong inventory management and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities
