We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our team.


As a Network Support Engineer you will design implement and maintain secure high-performing network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. You will monitor performance troubleshoot issues and manage key network components including routers firewalls and load balancers. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors while providing advanced support and driving continuous network improvements.

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science IT or a related field.

  • CCNA or CCNP certification (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS DHCP and routing protocols (OSPF BGP EIGRP).

  • Solid understanding of WANs LANs NAT and VPN technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with network hardware such as Cisco and Meraki switches and Fortinet firewalls (experience with other vendors is advantageous).

  • Experience using network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds PRTG or Wireshark.

  • Exposure to cloud networking environments (e.g. AWS VPC Azure VNets).

  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python Bash or Ansible (preferred).

  • A good understanding of network security principles.
