Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary go-to IT partner for all STEMCELL employees onsite in Cambridge.

• Work alongside external vendors and our scientific teams to support and maintain lab and analytical equipment.

• Partner with the global IS department to evaluate user requests rollout company-wide technology improvements and implement modern cloud and automation solutions.

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• You have up to 3 years of IT experience including at least 1 year in a Tier 2 support capacity.

• You have hands-on experience managing Windows MacOS and iOS devices using modern MDM tools like Intune and/or Kandji alongside standard A/V and print services.

• You thrive on autonomy possess strong critical-thinking skills and have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• A degree/diploma in tech or a strong mix of industry certifications and real-world experience.

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package that may include health benefits retirement savings and more (depending on region).
