ERP Project Manager

Position Overview

The Endeavour Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating complex projects within the EndeavourSylogistGov.Portfolio. This position requires a dynamic leader with exceptional project management skills a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced collaborative environment. The Project Manageris responsible foroverseeing all phases of project delivery ensuring successful completion on time within scope and on budget.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule resources and budget for Endeavour initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projectobjectives ensuring clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress manage risks andissues and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate regular status meetings prepare progress reports and present updates to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with partners vendors and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement byidentifyinglessons learned and integrating feedback into future projects.
• Identifyand nurture potential project opportunities with existing clients.
• Review of contracts andidentifyingout of scope items thatrequirediscussion with Clients
• Manage Projectbudgetsand invoicing
• Identifyopportunities where AI-driven insights or automation can improve project efficiency decision-making and client outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field; PMP certificationor currently working towards this certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects preferably in theGov Techsector or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiencywith project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary & Benefits

• The total compensation for this role is $110000 to $135000 depending on years of comparable experience skill set and the unique value you bring.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
