Department: Early Childhood Education- Toddlers (2 1/2-3 Year Old)
Job Type: Full-Time
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities for toddlers (2½3 years old).
- Create a safe structured and engaging classroom environment.
- Support childrens social emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Manage daily routines including meals transitions rest time and classroom activities.
- Observe document and assess developmental milestones and progress.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding child development and classroom updates.
- Supervise and guide assistant teachers and support staff.
- Maintain compliance with licensing health and safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred).
- Experience working with toddlers (23 years old) in a childcare or preschool setting required.
- Previous experience in a lead teacher or classroom leadership role preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience designing toddler curriculum and learning activities.
- Strong classroom management and positive guidance techniques.
- Ability to build a warm structured and engaging learning environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
