Job Description:
Launch and lead 8Fleets San Francisco market from the ground up. As the operational backbone of this new territory you will own the full P&L scale fleet operations and manage a high-performing driver team. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to transform urban mobility and prepare for the autonomous vehicle transition.

What you will do:

• Own all financial and operational metrics for the San Francisco market to ensure optimal revenue growth and profit maximization.

• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations including driver scheduling dispatch vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.

• Partner with the Growth team to recruit onboard and retain a professional driver base while fostering a supportive company culture.

The ideal candidate:

• 2 years of experience in operations management or business consulting with a proven track record of building teams and optimizing processes.

• Analytical powerhouse with a data-driven mindset and a BA/BS from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Entrepreneurial doer who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to be on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco.
