Pay & Incentives

• $23.50 per hour (base pay)

• Monthly performancebased bonus that can increase your hourly rate by an additional $2$5 per hour

• Bonuses are paid out monthly rewarding strong performance and consistency

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 6:00 PM 2:30 AM

• Consistent weekday schedule

• Overtime required as scheduled

Fergusons Front Royal Distribution Center is seeking dependable safetyfocused Loaders to support our outbound shipping operations. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy handson work take pride in accuracy and want the opportunity to earn more through performancebased rewards. As a Loader you play a critical role in ensuring products leave our facility safely correctly and ready for delivery. Ferguson is a stable respected industry leader that values reliability teamwork and internal growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use forklifts pallet jacks and other materialhandling equipment to safely load products onto delivery vehicles

• Inspect products for damage defects or quality issues and report concerns promptly

• Verify correct products quantities and specifications to ensure order accuracy

• Arrange loads to maximize trailer space while minimizing imbalance unnecessary movement and product damage

• Ensure proper weight distribution to maintain load stability and reduce transportation risk

• Conduct preliminary equipment safety checks and verify trailer size trailer numbers and order documentation

• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking product movement

• Maintain a clean organized and safetyfocused work environment

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to meet daily loading goals

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) company policies and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to work overtime when scheduled

• Prior warehouse loader or materialhandling experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)

• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferred

• Comfortable working in a fastpaced teamoriented environment

• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet

• Successful completion of a preemployment background check and drug screen
