Location: The Learning Experience Sterling VA
Pay: $19$21 per hour
Schedule:
- Part-Time (School Year): 2:00 PM6:00 PM
- Full-Time (Summer Camp): 8:30 AM5:30/6:00 PM
- Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe and structured setting
- Plan and lead activities including homework support games STEM projects and creative play
- Support childrens social development teamwork and independence
- Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with families regarding daily activities and behavior
- Assist with transitions between school activities and pick-up times
- Follow all Virginia childcare licensing and safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with school-age children preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable and able to work consistent afternoon hours during the school year
- Available for full-time schedule during summer camp
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing and background requirements
