What Youll Be Doing
Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations
Deliver professional engaging product presentations
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Build trust and close sales on the spot
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Your Schedule
MondayFriday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
Run up to 3 appointments daily
Attend bi-weekly team meetings and training sessions
What Were Looking For
Proven success in sales (home improvement or in-home sales a plus)
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and competitive mindset
Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar is a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
$90000 $200000 per year
Uncapped commission structure
Monthly and performance-based bonuses
