Early Learning Coordinator & Lead Teacher - 1.0 FTE

Description:The Early Learning Coordinator / Teacher is responsible for coordinating implementing and teaching ECFE and School Readiness curriculum. Utilize a Co-teach model with Early Childhood Special Education students/teacher. Working with the Director of Community Education and Elementary Principal on budgeting curricular and staff needs.

Other Responsibilities (included but are not limited too)

• Plandevelop coordinate the district-wide program
• Plan and conduct the daily program activities
• Prepare program materials to implement the plan for daily activities.
• Maintain a stimulating environment for the program.
• Observe record and report on childrens behavior and progress.
• Provide the leadership training and supervision of other program staff.
• Maintain a good relationship with other WEM staff and parents including conducting parent conferences.
• Attend in-service training sessions and appropriate professional development opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Coordinate evaluate programing with advisory counsel of key stakeholders
• Direct an inclusive preschool classroom supporting ECSE students and staff
• Facilitate program growth and expansion

Qualifications: Valid MN teaching license with Early Childhood.

Location: Waterville-Elysian-Morristown School District. The Early Learning classroom is housed in the Waterville Elementary building in Waterville.

Starting Date:2026-2027 school year with summer 2026 organizational preparation time available.

Salary Range: $41740 - $77010 based on position qualifications
