What Will You Be Doing

This position works closely with the Executive Director and is critical to leading the community to financial regulatory and operational this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensure resident & family satisfaction.
• Direct supervision of department heads and other staff members.
• Employee hiring training satisfaction and retention.
• Human resources and business office duties.
• Census development.
• Financial oversight.
• Compliance with state regulations.
• Promote direct and engage staff members toward Bonaventure Senior Livings Mission and Value Statement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Lead census development.

In other companies the position of Assistant Executive Director is often referred to by different titles such as Assisted Living Administrator Assisted Living Director Nursing Home Administrator Executive Director of Assisted Living Health Care Administration and Executive Director of Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Hold an Administrators License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
• Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living Independent Living or Memory Care facility.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
