Reporting to the Property Manager you will act as a trusted second-in-charge ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Colleges facilities. You will play a critical role in maintaining safe functional and high-quality environments for staff students and the wider community. Yourleadership and team support will foster a positive and collaborative culture
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee maintenance works ensuring timely and high-quality completion
Monitor team performance and report on operational outcomes
Manage contractor engagement including site access inductions and compliance requirements
Review Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and permits to maintain safety standards
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support sporting and community use of facilities
Provide leadership and support to the team fostering a positive and collaborative culture
