Reporting to the Property Manager you will act as a trusted second-in-charge ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Colleges facilities. You will play a critical role in maintaining safe functional and high-quality environments for staff students and the wider community. Yourleadership and team support will foster a positive and collaborative culture
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance works ensuring timely and high-quality completion
- Monitor team performance and report on operational outcomes
- Manage contractor engagement including site access inductions and compliance requirements
- Review Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and permits to maintain safety standards
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support sporting and community use of facilities
- Provide leadership and support to the team fostering a positive and collaborative culture
