Financial Controller Leeds 7075k bonus profit share Site based
This is a proper top of the tree Financial Controller role.
Not a keep the lights on job. Not a back-office reporting post. Its a senior finance role with ownership influence and trust.
Were helping a long-established global engineering business hire a Financial Controller for its Northern Europe Service Centre. Youll own the finances for the UK and internationally.

What youll actually do
- Own financial control for the UK & internationally
- Lead month-end forecasting budgeting and audits
- Ensure IFRS / local GAAP compliance
- Provide clear commercial insight to senior leaders
- Develop a strong capable finance team
- Improve processes where they need improving
What theyre looking for
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience in multi-entity or international environments
- Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
- Commercial grounded and able to influence without noise
