Altruck International Truck Centres is looking for a customer focused highly organized detail-driven Office Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Dealership and Lease/Rental division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and takes pride in accuracy customer service and follow-through.

What youll do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers (phone email and in-person)
  • Support lease & rental invoicing and account reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate inventory unit tracking and compliance records
  • Coordinate office operations supplies scheduling and administrative workflows
  • Support AP processing and financial documentation
  • Work closely with sales service and finance teams to keep operations aligned
  • Support sales and leasing with marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) needs

What were looking for

  • Min. 3 years office administration experience (dealership leasing or rental experience an asset but not required)
  • Post secondary academic preparation in office administration business administration or accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Above average customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Reliable proactive and solutions-focused
