JOB DESCRIPTION
TDs CPB Digital team plays a key role in shaping the future of digital banking for millions of Canadians. We support the banks transformation by bringing strategy performance and delivery teams under one roof to drive impact and innovation. We are looking for curious creative and driven candidates to join our growing team.Youllwork alongside subjectmatter experts and digital leaders on projects that span research strategy analytics product and innovation.
As a co-op/intern on the CPB DigitalServicingteam you will:
Contribute to key deliverables across the teamwhether thats competitive intelligence roadmap building digital performance analytics or transformation delivery
Conduct targeted research on customer experiences industry trends and digital innovations to support team priorities
Prepare and support leadership materials data-driven insights and presentations for senior stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across business lines platforms and product teams
Gain exposure to real-time decision making in digital strategy transformation performance and product delivery

Strategic mindset with an interest in digital customer journeys
Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
Curiosity about global tech and financial trends
Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to find solutions
Technically savvy and energized by working on diverse problems
