Transformation Consultant (Scrum Master)

Projective Group is a Belgian consultancy fully dedicated to transformation within the Financial Services Industry. We help banks insurers and financial institutions adopt new ways of working while navigating complex regulatory and organisational constraints.
As a Transformation Consultant (Scrum Master) you will play a key role in enabling Agile delivery and continuous improvement within transformation programmes that matter.

What will you do

As Scrum Master you operate at the intersection of delivery coaching and transformation within a regulated FSI context.

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within transformation initiatives

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Reviews Retrospectives)

• Coach teams Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles and mindset

• Identify and remove impediments to support flow quality and predictability

• Support Agile planning dependencies and coordination in scaled environments

• Ensure Agile delivery aligns with governance risk and compliance requirements

• Foster collaboration between business IT risk and compliance stakeholders

• Contribute to Projective Groups Agile knowledge base and delivery practices

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a Scrum Master who combines Agile expertise with consulting maturity.

• 5 years of experience as Scrum Master Agile Coach or Agile Consultant

• Experience working in Financial Services (banking insurance payments asset management)

• Strong understanding of Scrum and practical Agile delivery

• Experience in complex or regulated environments

• Ability to challenge teams constructively and drive continuous improvement

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Fluent in Englis

• Fluent in Dutch or French

• Masters degree in Business Economics Engineering Finance or a related field

• Scrum Master certification (PSM CSM SAFe) is a strong asset
