Master World Class Technician

The Mason Automotive Group is seeking a Master/World Class Technician to join our team inLugoff SC. This role requires a highly skilled professional with the ability to diagnose vehicles at an above-average rate efficiently and effectively repair all makes and models and mentor fellow technicians. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with General Motors standards while maintaining high productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose vehicle issues at an above-average rate to minimize return visits and increase customer satisfaction.
• Perform efficient and effective repairs on all makes and models ensuring quality workmanship.
• Mentor and coach junior technicians to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
• Maintain compliance with General Motors standards and company policies to ensure safety and regulatory adherence.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends tools and technologies to continuously improve diagnostic and repair skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician with advanced diagnostic capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models with the ability to execute high-quality repairs efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team of technicians.
• Familiarity and compliance with General Motors standards and service procedures.
• Certification or relevant training in automotive technology is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
