Were currently seeking a Foster Care Case Manager who is compassionate organized and driven by purpose to join our dedicated team.

What Youll Do

As a Foster Care Case Manager youll support children in state custody and the families caring for them helping move each child toward permanency safety and well-being.

In this role you will:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 1318 children
• Conduct regular visits with children parents and foster families
• Coordinate family and sibling visitation
• Facilitate Family Support Team (FST) meetings
• Partner with courts schools therapists and child welfare professionals
• Attend court hearings and provide case updates
• Connect families to community and support resources
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Transport children to appointments when needed
• Participate in limited on-call rotations (after-hours support is compensated)

Travel Requirements:

• Regular in-state travel (Kansas City Columbia Springfield Cape Girardeau etc.)
• Occasional out-of-state travel for kinship placements

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who leads with empathy stays organized under pressure and communicates effectively with families and professionals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related human services field
• Experience working with children and families
• Valid Class E Drivers License
• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
