Job Summary

The Opportunity

Reporting to theSr. DirectorGlobal Executive Talent Acquisition theDirectorwillbe responsible forleading a team ofExecutiveSourcing Partnersdelivering researchand talent intelligencein support of both live and proactive executive talent acquisition initiativesfor AdobesNorth America team. This includesserving asan engaged membera global community setting standardsforbest-in-class executive talentpracticescontinually raising the bar through successfullydeliveringimpactfuland actionabletalent intelligencedistinctiveexecutivesearchesand programs.Theywillembodyexcellence in Adobesinternal and externalleadershiphiring experiences.

TheDirectorwillcloselycollaboratewith Adobe executives and key partners toadvise on and deliver world-class executive talent strategy.They will also serve as a keythought leaderwithinthe GlobalExecutiveTalent Acquisitioncommunity.

WhatYoullDo

  • Lead and manage a team of 4-6 Sourcing and Research professionals who discover and leveragecompany research industry and internal sources toidentifyhighly relevant executivetalent

  • Leverage credible market and talent insights to develop executive search strategiesincludingidentifying target organizationsandqualifiedexecutive prospectsreporting relationships organizationalandindustry context.

  • Serve as an SME for both open anddevelopedsources of talent and market intelligenceprovidingqualifiedinsightson talent landscape

  • Ensure excellence intheexecution of executive search assignmentsacross the team

  • Growbusinesspartnershipsthrough active and credible influenceand executionon executive talent strategies

  • Proactivewithnetworking andcultivatingtalentintelligencealignedtothegreatest impact for Adobe

  • Supportshighly confidentleadershipdecision-making throughthoughtfuldetailedandconsultativeexecutive searchwork

  • Significant experienceworking in a global complex organization of similar or greater size to Adobe as an executive talent acquisition leader

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$312200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California the pay range for this position is $215600 - $312200 In Washington the pay range for this position is $199400 - $288650

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
