Electrical Foreman Wastewater

Seeking an Electrical Foreman with Wastewater Treatment Plant experience in Clearwater FL.

Monday - Thursday 10/hour shifts (off Friday-Sunday)

Pay is $35 - $45/hr. plus based on experience with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and electrical technicians on industrial projects.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Oversee installation maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
• Prepare project progress and safety reports.
• Liaise with project managers engineers and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in industrial electrical work.
• Proven supervisory experience in a foreman or superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Clean driving record with CDL preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA 30 Electrical Journeyman License) preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Must handle the physical demands of the job including standing walking kneeling bending crouching pulling pushing climbing driving operating equipment and lifting at least 50lbs.
