Job Summary
Summary
Rice Memorial hospital has an incredible opportunity for a skilled acute care nurse to join their 12 bed Emergency Trauma Center!
In this position you would help identify and implement nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluate the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.
Schedule
- Casual working a varied schedule Days Evenings & Nights
- Minimum of 2 shifts per month with one of the shifts on a weekend
Pay
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour
- Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour
- Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour
- Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- Working knowledge ofprofessionalnursing theory andpractice.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients employees public and other providers.
- A knowledge of growth and development; specifically an understanding of the cognitive physical emotional and chronological maturationprocess.
- An understanding of therangeof treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate child adolescent adult and geriatric patients.
