Base Salary: $55000 $70000 Monthly Gainshare Incentive
Schedule: Second Shift

About the Role

Were looking for a handson Second Shift Plant Supervisor to lead operations on the production floor. This role is ideal for a supervisor who enjoys coaching teams solving problems in real time and keeping production running safely efficiently and on schedule.

Youll be the goto leader on second shiftsupporting operators coordinating production activities and ensuring standards are met every shift.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and support hourly production employees on second shift
  • Ensure safety quality and productivity goals are met
  • Assign work monitor performance and provide daytoday coaching
  • Address production issues and escalate when needed
  • Support training crosstraining and continuous improvement efforts
  • Complete shift reports and communicate handoffs with other shifts

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience supervising in a manufacturing or plant environment
  • Strong floor presence with the ability to lead communicate and problemsolve
  • Working knowledge of safety quality and production processes
  • Comfortable using basic systems for reporting and scheduling
  • Willingness to work second shift on a consistent schedule
