We are seeking aProgram Manager ClinicalPMOto join ourNeurovascular Division where you will lead complexcrossfunctionalclinical programs that drive innovation and business success. What You Will Do
- Provide strategic oversight for global clinical programs ensuringclinicaltrialteamsexecute daytoday activities in alignment with programobjectives quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead complex crossfunctional clinical programs across feasibility pivotal and postmarket phases driving alignment to business strategy and timelines.
- Develop andmaintainprogram charters integrated schedules and governance plans that translate clinical strategy into executable programs.
- Serve as the primary program point of contact for senior leadership delivering clear concise updates on progress risks dependencies and recommendations.
- Partners across Regulatory Quality R&D Global Supply Finance Sales and Marketing to ensure clinical strategies support enterprise priorities.
- Establish manage and forecast annual program budgets and quarterly outlooks ensuring financial discipline and cost efficiency.
- Proactivelyidentify assess and mitigate programlevel risks escalating appropriately and driving resolution through governance forums.
- Define andmonitorclinical program performance metricsleveraginginsights to drive continuous improvement and operational maturity.
- Chair program and governance meetings to ensure accountability decisionmaking andtimelyissue resolution.
- Lead coach andmentorfunctionalmanagers and otherdirectreports setting clear expectationsand performanceobjectives.Contribute to the advancement of the Clinical PMO by standardizing best practices strengthening governance and fostering a collaborative highperformance culture.
What You Need
- Bachelors degree inrelevant fieldssuch as Life Sciences Biology Biomedical EngineeringNursingora relateddiscipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in clinical research program management or a regulated healthcare or medical device environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading complexcrossfunctionalprograms with global scope and executive visibility.
- Minimum of 2 yearsofdirect management program leadership responsibility ordemonstratedsuccessleading criticalhighimpactprograms.
- Strong ability to communicate influence and present to senior leadership in matrixed global organizations.
- Proven experienceoperatingin regulated orqualitydrivenenvironments navigating ambiguity and driving accountability through others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree advanced degree or MBA.
- Professional certifications in clinical research and/or project or program management (e.g.CCRPPMPPgMPor equivalent).
- Extensive experience overseeing clinical trial managers orprogramteams with accountability for program outcomes rather than task execution.
- Track recordof success leading global clinical programs across multiple phases (feasibility pivotalpostmarket).
- Experience contributing to PMO maturity governance frameworks or standardization of clinical or program management practices.
- Demonstratedability to build develop andretainhighperformingteams.

- USN: $118000 - $196700 USD Annual
- US30: $153400 - $255700 USD Annual
