Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will lead IAM initiatives manage program delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient identity governance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IAM programs and initiatives across the organization
- Gather analyze and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Oversee implementation of IAM solutions and best practices
- Collaborate with security IT and business teams to ensure alignment
- Manage program timelines risks and deliverables
- Drive improvements in identity governance access control and compliance
- Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in program/project management
- Strong background in IAM and cybersecurity domains
- Hands-on knowledge of IAM technologies protocols and frameworks
- Experience with identity governance privileged access and authentication mechanisms
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
