Project Specialist Radon System Installer
Full-time No weekends or holidays
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$75000$100000 first-year total compensation
Base salary plus performance bonuses MondayFriday Licensed and certified by day 30
The $75K$100K range reflects actual installer output at our production volume. Base salary is fixed. Performance bonuses are tied to jobs completed. We cover 100% of licensing and exam costs.
WHAT YOULL DO
Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes following a documented process. Each day starts with reviewing job specs pulling materials and loading your truck. You run your jobs independently collect payment on-site close out the job in the system same day and leave every site cleaner than you found it.
Youll also handle service calls on existing systems and complete post-install steps at every job: customer check-in yard sign and door hangers before you leave.
WHO DOES WELL HERE
- Reads the job spec before arriving every time
- Holds their own quality standard not just the minimum
- Closes paperwork the same day without being reminded
- Works independently without needing check-ins
- Follows a proven system and improves it when they see a better way
- Takes the work seriously not as a job as a craft
LICENSING
Most states require a credential to install radon mitigation systems for compensation. If youre not already licensed we get you through it within 30 days course exam prep and all fees covered by us.
Backgrounds that translate well: electricians plumbers HVAC technicians general contractors handymen. If youre good with your hands and have a track record of doing things right the technical piece is trainable.
