Job Summary

Center Operations

Oversee daily center operations
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment
Ensure smooth scheduling and session flow

Sales & Enrollment

Meet monthly enrollment and revenue goals
Conduct parent consultations and enroll new students
Follow up with leads and inquiries
Track and report sales performance

Customer Experience

Build strong relationships with parents and students
Provide regular progress updates to families
Address questions concerns and feedback promptly
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Instructional Oversight

Ensure quality of instruction and learning plans
Monitor student progress and results
Support instructors with training and guidance
Maintain Mathnasium teaching standards

Team Management

Hire and onboard instructional staff
Train coach and develop team members
Create and manage staff schedules
Conduct performance check-ins

Marketing & Community Outreach

Build relationships with local schools and community partners
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives
Participate in community events and promotions
Maintain center visibility in the community

Performance & Administration

Track retention attendance and key metrics
Manage center budget and profitability
Complete administrative tasks and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies

Skills & Professional Focus

Demonstrate leadership and team-building skills
Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills
Stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Foster a positive goal-driven environment

General Expectations

Be available for evenings and weekends as needed
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
