About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to undertake high-quality conveyancing work within a busy conveyancing practice.

Reporting directly to the appropriate manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Creating new files and onboarding new clients
• Updating existing files for existing clients
• Ordering searches & preparing contracts
• Reviewing sale/purchase contracts & responding to contractual enquiries
• Preparing matters for exchange of contracts and facilitating exchange of contracts process
• Associated conveyancing tasks as required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in Conveyancing within NSW
• Licenced Conveyancer or long-term Conveyancing Assistant
