Your future responsibilities:
Within the Revenue Operations team your role will be to automate and maximize the activity of the Inside Sales Data Product CRM and Customer Success teams.
Scoping B2B projects with business stakeholders and relevant technical teams to implement new processes/tools
Defining project roadmaps to ensure timelines organizational constraints and strategic objectives are met across all involved teams
Monitoring and managing projects through regular reporting to stakeholders
Overseeing our billing system
Contributing to the design and automation of internal operational processes in a cross-team environment (code & no/low-code)
Conducting ad hoc SQL analyses across different stages of the B2B acquisition funnel & providing recommendations
Profile were looking for:
To join us under a VIE contract you must meet certain eligibility criteria.
You have a background in business or engineering with a strong interest in topics combining business and technology
You have strong analytical skills and are able to interpret complex datasets
You are fluent in English of course
You are familiar with CRM tools and have already worked on B2B/B2C sales funnels
You have excellent organizational and project management skills
You are a strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills: from inside sales to Salesforce developers you know how to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
You are motivated and detail-oriented committed to delivering high-quality work
Proficiency in Python SQL and/or JavaScript is a big plus
Curiosity about technological trends around SaaS and AI is highly valued
