Job Summary
General Services Clerk / Admin Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Services Clerk / Admin Assistant to support daily facility operations and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of stationery furniture tools and consumables
- Receive store and distribute materials from warehouse
- Monitor and maintain office equipment (photocopiers projectors etc.)
- Coordinate maintenance requests (carpentry plumbing cleaning pest control)
- Conduct daily facility inspections and report issues
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure timely replenishment
- Prepare daily reports on services and activities
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- High School / Diploma (Vocational or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Services or Admin role
- Valid Light Vehicle Driving License
- Good communication skills in English (reading writing speaking)
- Ability to coordinate organize and handle multiple tasks
