As part of the Fever Originals team you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced passionate and detail-oriented Producer to join the Fever Originals team. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces ensuring they are delivered on time on budget and to the highest quality standards.

This role spans technical production creative development budgeting process management and leadership and requires strong adaptability problem-solving skills and the ability to balance speed and quality.
You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects coordinating technical teams business leaders our partners and external vendors while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.

Project Management

• Oversee all phases of productionfrom initial concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Interpret creative briefs site layouts and project requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with company goals.
• Validate site logistics and operational needs through planning sessions venue scouting and site visits.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration across creative operations technical and vendor teams.

Process & Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive production documentation timelines and handover materials.
• Develop and track schedules milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
• Support consistent communication flow and version control for all project documentation.

Budgeting & Financial Management

• Build manage and reconcile production budgets from feasibility through final delivery.
• Track project spending and identify opportunities for optimization or cost savings.
• Oversee contracts vendor negotiations purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Assist with closing out event P&Ls and financial reporting.

Leadership & Communication

• Lead team and client meetings capturing action items and ensuring accountability.
• Present confidently to senior stakeholders clients and partners.
• Translate complex production challenges into practical solution-oriented recommendations.
• Support and mentor production coordinators or junior staff as needed.

Soft Skills

• Demonstrate adaptability composure and creative problem-solving under pressure.
• Promote teamwork collaboration and positive communication across departments.
• Take ownership of large multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors venues and clients through professionalism and reliability.

About You:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible detailed analytical mindset.Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

• 5 years of experience in the event production industry
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of production logistics scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts and budgets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana Smartsheet Gantt charts).
• Strong interpersonal presentation and communication skills.
• Ambition to grow into larger production management or leadership roles.

• A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to better understand your career plan assess cultural fit and answer any questions you may have
• A 45 min video call with your future manager including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)
