Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Retail Merchandising preferably in sportswear apparel or footwear retail
Experience working with multi-store retail operations will be an added advantage
Salary : 25000 - 30000 Per Month
Job Summary
We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser with experience preferably in sportswear/activewear retail to drive category performance manage inventory and ensure the right product assortment across stores. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of retail merchandising and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage seasonal product ranges across Apparel Footwear and Accessories
* Ensure optimal product mix and store-wise assortment planning
* Monitor category performance including sales GM% sell-through and ASP
* Analyze weekly/monthly sales data at category and SKU level
* Identify slow-moving and ageing stock and drive liquidation strategies
* Maintain healthy stock levels and manage replenishment planning
* Monitor reorder levels (ROL) and reduce dead stock across stores
* Ensure visual merchandising standards and product displays are maintained
* Coordinate with store teams for smooth execution and performance improvement
* Support new store openings with range planning and assortment setup
