Salary: OTE 44000 per annum

A highly respected professional Estate & Lettings Agency covering Isleworth and the surrounding area are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager for a pivotal role and the backbone of the Property management department

The perfect candidate will have significant previous experience in all aspects of residential Property Management; have strong customer service skills; be decisive when faced with difficult problems a competent problem solver and preferably qualified in readiness for RoPA

You will also need to be highly organised and be able to prioritise your workload.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has extensive residential Property Management experience. A candidate who is ARLA qualified would be preferable.

Most importantly you will need to maintain the first-class customer service to Landlords and Tenants that the company prides itself on.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Liaising with tenants landlords contractors and suppliers
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
• Carrying out periodic property inspections and reporting findings
• Ensuring legal compliance (e.g. safety certificates tenancy notices)
• Organising tenancy renewals move-ins and check-outs
• Keeping records updated and using CRM/property management systems
• Supporting the wider lettings team with administrative tasks

• Previous experience in Residential Property Management
• High level of customer service skills
• The ability to remain calm and considered
• Superb organisational skills
• Be able to prioritise workload
• A confident team player
• ARLA qualified preferred
• Positive professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
• Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislation
• Have a full UK driving licence
