VACCINES HEALTH CARE LEAD CZECHIA
Overview:
The VHCM is responsible for optimization of the vaccination journey in Czechia on national & regional level. The VHCM will possess a thorough understanding of vaccination processes key stakeholders and decision making and will be able to identify potential vaccination journey gaps and link them to our companys strategic priorities and solutions. Understand/Identify and implement collaborative opportunities within key accounts and key stakeholders in regions to shorten time to vaccination and develop strategic collaborations that shape the local environment deliver on customer priorities simplify vaccination processes and promote our interests.
This role requires highly analytical and systematic personality who understands the healthcare environment resp. vaccination processes key health care stakeholders and decision makers with a strong ability to engage and influence external/internal stakeholders to identify gaps and tailor collaboration opportunities to develop and execute simple and impactful solutions (strong in marketing and project management skills) to improve vaccination journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute strategies to improve vaccination journeys on national and regional level and follow brand strategies and business goals
- Self-responsible for engagement of key HC stakeholders & accounts (Municipalities Regional Public Health Offices Hospitals and Vaccination centers Medical Societies National Health Information Center payers big employers big Pharmacies and Pharmacy chains etc.) involved in the vaccination journey and collaborate with them and internal stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
- Understand vaccination processes key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify potential vaccination journey gaps and link them to the companys strategic priorities and solutions
- Optimize the vaccination journey mapping by developing solutions that are simple effective and with high impact
- Sets up partnership contracts with health institutions by following good business practices and internal contracting procedures
- Preparing executional plan
- Pilot regional initiatives to test new approach before national roll-out
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Accompanies the accounts in the implementation of the action plan
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in vaccination and impact of solutions implemented
- Works closely with the cross-functional team (Marketing Medical Policy Market Access Commercial Sales) and recommends to CFT on a possible approach to respond to these potential vaccination journey gaps: methodology tool solution or support offer with the aim of optimizing the Consumers and Healthcare Professional Experience and guaranteeing the quality safety and efficiency of the journey and care.
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Chamber and other stakeholders to enable HPV and pneumococcal vaccination in pharmacies
- Explore best practices in Europe and around the world on different pathway of vaccination (e.g. vaccination centers collaboration with municipalities or regional health offices pharmacy program school program etc.)
- Patient journey to vaccination simplification
- Contributes to the improvement of the solutions by sharing experiences and the main lessons learned from the projects carried out with local/regional functions and across the region.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is a strategic and impact-driven healthcare professional with deep expertise in immunization and public health. Person with strong focus on exploring new collaborations. He/She combine strong knowledge of the market with leadership capabilities and a passion for improving vaccination outcomes at scale. Individual business oriented person with sales experience and mindset with ability to work in highly crossfunctional team with long term experience ideally in vaccines industry alternativelly from OTC or Pharma industry.
