Position Overview:

The Sr. Analyst Value Chain Transformation plays a key role in supporting Value Chain performance by leveraging data systems and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights. This role focuses on analyzing business processes identifying improvement opportunities and enabling data-driven decision-making across Planning Sourcing Manufacturing & Logistics. The Sr. Analyst translates business needs into system and reporting solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

What Youll Do:

• Drive data-informed decision-making by translating business needs into scalable analytical and system solutions.
• Identify process and system gaps generate actionable insights and partner cross-functionally to enhance operational performance.
• Analyze business requirements to uncover opportunities for process system and performance improvements.
• Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI Excel and SQL to monitor KPIs and reveal trends.
• Leverage SQL and Python to work with large complex datasets for deeper analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize systems improve data quality and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
• Maintain clear documentation of workflows data models and reporting logic to support scalability and long-term success.

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Effective collaborator across teams systems and tools proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
• Adaptable and articulate you thrive in fast-paced collaborative environments and communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical judgment and technical proficiency are essential
• Certifications in Data & AI considered an asset.
