Role Summary:
As SeniorAnalystDRC Engineering youwillsupportthe design and optimization ofDigitalRisk and Compliance (DRC) solutions for a fast-growing business. This role plays a critical part in analyzing system architecture documenting workflows and helping implement secure and scalable technical solutions. As a key contributor to embedding compliance by designyouwill collaborate across teams to deliver thorough documentation technical insights and automation support.

Core Responsibilities:

Create Workflow and Architecture Documentation:Develop high-quality detailed documentation of systems integrations and automated workflows.Partner with cross-functional teams (Security ITIAM Sales OpsAccountingHRISetc.) to ensureaccurateand consistent records of technical processes aremaintained.

Support Integration Rollouts and Configuration:Assistwith technical integration management for Go-to-Market platforms (e.g. SalesforceOracle CPQOracleFusion)and People technology systems (e.g. Workday ServiceNow).

Facilitate Compliance by Design for Systems and Workflows:Research and document compliance requirements for Go-to-Market tools (e.g. CRM API connectors) and People platforms (e.g. HRIS ITSM).Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance processes are integrated into system architecture from the beginning.

Monitor Compliance Metrics and Identify Improvements:Track key compliance performance indicators (KPIs) and risk metrics for technical systems.Maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility intocomplianceposture and system risks across the organization.

Analyze GRC System Architecture and Design:Study existing and proposed technical architecture for the GRC platform and its integrations. Provide detailed documentation of system workflows integrations and technical processes for internal and external stakeholders.

Assistin Automation Initiatives:Identifyopportunities to automate control workflows in collaboration with technical teams.Document and test automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve audit readiness.

Support Research on Emerging GRC Technologies:Stay knowledgeable about evolving GRC tools AI/ML applications and automationopportunities.Documentbest practices and recommendations for integratingnew technologyto further streamline compliance processes.

Qualifications:

Education:BS/BA degree in a risk compliancemanagement information systemscomputer-related field or equivalent industry experience.

Experience: 4 years of related experience with at least 2 years working specifically in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) or supporting SaaS platforms in technology-based companies or technical domains.

Technical Acumen: Experience in SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce Workday ServiceNow) and familiarity with system workflows and integrations.

Detail Orientation:Proven ability to createaccurate thorough documentation of system architecture workflows and compliance processes.

Collaboration Skills:Ability to work cross-functionally with security compliance IT sales operations and HR teams to analyze and improve GRC processes.

Compliance Knowledge:Understanding ofcompliance frameworks including SOXand ability to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Analytical Thinking:Strong problem-solving skills to assess system capabilitiesidentifygaps and propose solutions.

Reporting Expertise:Experience with dashboards metrics creation and reporting tools to visually communicate technical and compliance statuses.

Certifications:Relevant certifications such as CISM CISA CCSFP CISSP CIA PMP or equivalents along with technical platform-specific certifications in Salesforce Oracle ServiceNow or SailPoint/Okta (Administrator or Architect) are a plus.
