Building & Grounds Technician 2 WarrenWashington

Our Building & Grounds Department located in Queensbury NY has a full-time 40-hour Building & Grounds Technician II position available. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm* (which includes a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch break) with overtime as needed for snow removal/emergencies. The range of pay for this position is $21.25-$23.33 per hour depending on experience and this is an hourly position. This position will provide maintenance that will include plumbing carpentry and electrical. Floating on-call requirement.

Want to be a WWAARC Building & Grounds Technician II and join our Team Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Have a valid drivers license that meets WWAARC insurability requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

At least 2 years of experience in building or grounds maintenance preferred.

Must have a strong background in at least one of the following areas: plumbing basic carpentry painting basic electrical building and equipment repair or grounds maintenance.

Requires the ability to perform essential job functions that include prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending kneeling reaching and lifting; and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
